Cross the street
Josh Spector recently shared a nice piece of advice.
Every morning when you go for a walk through your neighborhood you probably take the same route. It’s reassuring. It’s calming.
But once in a while, switch sides of the street. Look both ways and then cross the street. Take a walk on the other side.
And when you do, your perspective and expectations shift. You’ll see what you’ve always seen anew. You’ll notice things you’ve never noticed before.
You don't need to make a drastic change to discover new possibilities.
All it takes is a slight shift of perspective.
Sometimes I put my hearing aids in for the same effect.😁
