Short list for a long life
Here’s some quick tips to increase brain function, eliminate inflammation and live a healthy, longer life.
+ Lemon - in hot water first thing in the morning
+ Coffee — make it double espresso a couple of times a day
+ Berries — two to three servings a week (goji berries, blackberries, mulberries, blueberries)
+ Omega-3 — two to four servings a week (sardines, mackerels, anchovies, salmon, herring)
+ Dark leafy greens and cruciferous vegetables — four to eight servings a week
+ Extra virgin olive oil - splash it over everything
+ Walnuts — half a handful now and then
+ Green tea — preferably matcha
+ Dark chocolate — at least seventy percent cocoa
Oh, and don’t forget to practice fasting, exercise every day and lift weights.
